Really good Stay with Amazing Staff!
helpful staff excellent service loyalty program complimentary cava
The staff was so friendly and helpful, especially Alexandria, who provided excellent service and information. I joined their loyalty program, and it gave me a discount on everything. I received a complimentary cava upon my arrival, it was good. I especially appreciated the funicular. It made getting to the prom easier.
The milk cartons in the room were very small. I needed to buy more at the bar.

The breakfast had so many options. It catered to all tastes with a wide selection. The pizza was also amazing. It was really nice and savory. I ate it all up.

The room was very clean and well kept, and I really liked the layout. The hotel gave me a bottle of champagne and a chocolate cake for my birthday. It was a nice touch.

The hotel offers a funicular. It provides an easy way to go to the street instead of going up the hill. It is also very close to a shopping center with many restaurants. I found this very useful .

small balcony cockroach in hallway
the staff were helpful. the coffee in the bar was good.
the photos online did not accurately show the basement rooms. my allocated room was small with a tiny balcony. cockroaches were in the hallway of the basement rooms.

malfunctioning air conditioning obstructed sea view
the air conditioning barely functioned, resulting in a sweltering room at night. i reported this to the front desk, but the issue persisted throughout my stay. the outdated television offered limited channels and a poor picture quality, QUITE disappointing. furthermore, the promised sea view was largely obstructed by overgrown trees.
